The Plia Press wraps your tight and tense areas, working the fascia, muscle, and circulation all at once.

Is the Plia Press for you?

The Plia Press was designed for women dealing with:
✅ Heavy, swollen legs at the end of the day
✅ Lipedema, lymphedema, or chronic puffiness
✅ Stubborn dimpling on the back of thighs and hips
✅ Post-workout soreness and tight fascia
✅ Standing or sitting all day for work

It's made for legs that feel heavy by 6pm. For puffy ankles that make you dread the evenings. For nights you've spent with your legs propped on three pillows because nothing else worked.

Eight contoured rollers compress and release as you glide, reaching the fascia layer foam rollers can't, the spots massage guns miss, and the pressure compression boots charge $400 for. The Plia Press hinges open to fit any leg, and detaches into a handheld for arms, shoulders, and the hard-to-reach areas.

    FAQ

I'm seeing light bruising, what does this mean?

Light bruising can happen with any deep-tissue tool, even foam rollers. It usually means the Pila Press worked a tight spot hard enough to break a few small surface capillaries. The marks will fade fade within a few days.

To avoid it next time, start with lighter pressure and keep each session to about 60 seconds per area. If a mark hasn't faded after a week, or you're feeling pain, stop using the Pila Press and check in with your doctor.

    Will it fit my legs?

The Pila Press adjusts to fit calves and thighs from roughly 11" to 22" in circumference. For larger sections, detach it and use the handheld piece on smaller sections at a time.

How often should I use it?

You can use it once or twice a day (morning and night) to decrease swelling and puffiness.
