My ankles swell often by evening, especially in then summer. Ten minutes with this and the puffiness genuinely goes down. The pressure setting is a bit stiff to adjust at first, but once I got it I was good.
I travel for work constantly. Used to land with cement legs every single time. The pieces fit easily in my backpack. Easy to reattach and after 15 minutes with this, my legs feel great again. Wish I'd had this five years ago.
This product is wonderful. It really adds the necessary massage pressure to legs and the detachable sections are great for shoulder massages.
FAQ
I'm seeing light bruising, what does this mean?
I'm seeing light bruising, what does this mean?
Light bruising can happen with any deep-tissue tool, even foam rollers. It usually means the Pila Press worked a tight spot hard enough to break a few small surface capillaries. The marks will fade fade within a few days.
To avoid it next time, start with lighter pressure and keep each session to about 60 seconds per area. If a mark hasn't faded after a week, or you're feeling pain, stop using the Pila Press and check in with your doctor.
Will it fit my legs?
Will it fit my legs?
The Pila Press adjusts to fit calves and thighs from roughly 11" to 22" in circumference. For larger sections, detach it and use the handheld piece on smaller sections at a time.
